At the core of our DiverseForce community is our BBEx Network, a collective force of 20,000+ Black and Brown professionals united in the pursuit of excellence. Our P4 Hub serves as a home for this network and as a beacon for collective transformation within Philadelphia, offering a state-of-the-art venue where cross-sector collaboration meets innovation, where silos are dismantled, and where a holistic ecosystem approach is adopted to create scalable impact.

UnitedWay at the P4 Hub

Our P4 Hub was selected as the host venue for United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey's high-impact events, including their recent two-part event with the launch of the Center for Leadership Equity and their 2nd Annual "Get To Know Us" gathering. Teach for America: Legacy & Leadership Highlights

This month, Teach for America hosted their Legacy & Leadership event at our P4 Hub, a celebration of Black educators and their pivotal leadership journeys. DFOB Impact Luncheon Highlights

We recently celebrated the achievements of the DiverseForce On Boards program with an Impact & Reflections Luncheon at the P4 Hub, alongside ImpactED and UPenn. This event honored our 308 alumni and their journeys to filling 280+ board seats across the region, emphasizing the critical role of board service in community impact.
